Mifflin Twp Fire Department responded to a call of a motorcycle vs car accident on US 30 westbound and County Road 1095.
Garret Johnson(32 of Warren, Ohio) was traveling westbound on US 30 on a 2020 Ninja, and Doloris Weiller (85 of Ashland, Ohio) was crossing US 30 on Co. Rd. 1095 in her 2016 Mazda. When crossing the westbound lanes of US 30, Ms/Mrs. Weiler’s sedan was struck on the rear corner of her Mazda 4-door sedan that she was driving, causing her vehicle to spin until it came to a rest facing the direction she came from. Mr. Johnson’s bike stopped just over 400 feet from the point of impact. Mr. Johnson was transported for serious injuries by the Mifflin Twp Fire Department. Ohio State Patrol and Ashland Sherriff also responded to the scene. Mrs. Weiler was cited for failure to yield the right of way.
