Mansfield Fire and MPD responded to an accident on Oak St. A blue 4 door Hyundai struck a telephone pole, snapping the pole in two. A witness stated the driver thru something in the woods prior to emergency services arrival.
Richland County Sherrif K-9 unit was called in to locate the can that was reported to be thrown in the woods by the driver. The can was recovered.
