Northbound traffic is also affected. Emergency services using inside shoulder on Northbound side.

Update 2: 3 accidents same general area, only 1 person transported non-emergency.
Update 3: Northbound is open and moving in this area.
Update 4: scanner traffic, another mva just happened just past the mva at 173.3 making the total 4 mvas in 1 tenth of a mile. Unknown injuries on this 4th one.
