Mansfield Fire Department in Mansfield Police Department responded to a single car MVA accident on US 30 eastbound, on exit 131 (5th Avenue exit). The vehicle sustained heavy damage, taking out part of the exit sign and one steel light pole. The MPD Sgt. on scene reported minor injuries.
