Richland County Commissioners Release “State of the County” Video
MANSFIELD, Ohio – The Richland County Board of Commissioners released the State of the
County Video during the regular session on Tuesday morning. This video highlights the 2023 year
in review and includes presentations from County Commissioners Darrell Banks, Tony Vero,
and Cliff Mears, as well as County Administrator Andrew Keller and Sheriff Steve Sheldon.
The video is the second installment in a series of three Richland County branding videos and
shines a spotlight on many of the County’s notable projects, community investments, and the
County’s financial position. The Commissioners plan to release a State of the County Video on
an annual basis as a part of the Board’s emphasis on transparency and local government
accountability.
