The Mansfield Fire Department and Mansfield Police Department have responded to a two-vehicle motor vehicle accident at the intersection of W. Cook Rd. and Ridgewood Blvd. A UPS delivery truck has been struck from behind by a silverfish-colored SUV. The extent of injuries is currently unknown. Please note that both eastbound lanes of W. Cook Rd. are currently blocked. Please seek alternate routes to avoid delays and congestion in the area. Drive safely and stay alert.
