Mansfield Police Department responded to Minerva Ave. early this morning for a report of a shooting. 1 victim was found deceased. Richland County Coroner Chief Investigator Bob Bail and Crime Lab Technician Cindy Reed were on the scene. The victim’s family has not been officially notified at this time.
